organizations such as Citizens Crime Watch, Silence is Violence, and NO
Crimeline. 

Also, sign up for NOLA Crime Alerts, an SMS (text message) based Crime Alert
notification network that allows community members to warn other community
members of recent and/or in-progress crimes.

Job Training Opportunity


Operation Reconstruct is designed to provide construction skills training to
out-of-school youth ages 18-21. Graduates receive a nationally recognized
credential and assistance with job placement.
