[StBernard] Pied Piper or Euphoric recovery?

I'm somewhat perplexed over something I read - a sort of prophecy?
Foreboding of things to come? Fiction? Whim of a mad man?

With the severity of the economic downturn, I'm wondering if it's not a spot
of Catalyst for futuristic dishevels or discords among peoples' urgency to
label leaders, political parties and ideas?

This one comes from someone that history claims was a loose cannon, a
dictator--perhaps a Caesar in his application of creating nationalism in his
country. It goes:

"[When the] city dies, the nation-deprived of the young life-blood of new
generations-is now made up of people who are old and degenerate and cannot
defend itself against a younger people which launches an attack on the now
unguarded frontiers[...] This will happen, and not just to cities and
nations, but on an infinitely greater scale: the whole White race, the
Western race can be submerged by other coloured races which are multiplying
at a rate unknown in our race. " -Benito Mussolini, 1928 (Ripped from

--One has to wonder about the content and investigate whether none, parts or
the whole is coming to fruition in our country/Communities? Over 80 years
ago, he wrote about psychical and moral decay to cities/states, where
nations are imploded with the older generations fading out and new
generations "submerging and swallowing" communities. "Coloured races
(black/brown/foreign/etc.) multiplying at a rate unknown to our race?"

"Younger people" whom overwhelm the elderly "who cannot defend themselves
against the younger people" "Launches attacks against"..

Is this man's prophecy or madness? It has to be that such a statement is
preposterous and cannot accurately describe what's going on in cities,
forcing white flight, embellishes the "new territory" with blight and
foreclosures/degradation from "bad caretaking" of the cities?

Is it spreading to the suburbs and countryside (drugs, crime, immorality,
etc.)? as in his statement: "not just to cities and nations, but on an
infinitely greater scale"?

With Hispanics overpopulating/now having overtaken negroid race as larger
minority expected by experts to overtake the Caucasian race within 30-35
years as majority (and thus English becoming the new nation's second
language behind Spanish) was this indicated in part with "submerged by other
coloured races which are multiplying at a rate unknown to our race?

Where will direction take us as the new Socialistic U.S.A to be packs
intimidation to the religious, conservatives, those who want a stable
government and its territorial states within? Frightening that such logic
believed to be Fascist 80 yrs back and backed by a man that sided with
Hitler and Japan in its Evil Axis had this foresight to state prediction
that appear strikingly similar to conditions and government where we have
come to be in history. 

What's scary is that similar philosophical ideology was counter-cultured by
Socialist/Soviet Union before WWI and after WWII. Wanting an America where
the strengths of this country works best is now challenged in the new
administration by a spin towards weakening America, nationalizing the U.S.
banks with buyouts, (owning our banks), financial institutions, and peoples'
schools, colleges, etc. where our treasury becomes free for the taking to
give away our piggy bank at the drop of a nickel, to speak.

There is deep division between our two political threads that make up
America's cloth--liberals and conservatives. Although we are but one
America, there are thousands of "tears in the fabric" which are binding us
to a similar fate--depression and beyond.

So many times I've seen political figures and dictatorial figures be in the
right place at the right time--playing the pied piper to those facing
economic ruin in a defeated or hopeless nation. Ripe for the pickin' was the
game-winner for the but one-person wearing the golden laurel, new to leading
the nation, but strong in convictions held by both the leader and the
populace who rallies behind, exciting at the new era unfolding.

As we head to the threshold of this latest chapter in American History, we
wait and wonder where this will all lead us. God help us.
