But doesn't St. Bernard Catholic Church serve the down-the-road citizens ?
Why should they have to drive all the way to Prompt Succor ?

St Bernard Catholic Parish is very historic not only to St Bernard Civil
Parish but to Louisiana.  
just cant imagine people being able to drive that far west to attend mass,
CCD, or otherwise be an active parishioner.  Doesnt seem to meet the needs
of our area during a time of recovery from disaster.  Just my opinion.  SJK
