Jer, that's because Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama....we didn't vote
for Black Bart.

Jer responds:

Yes, well, I'M outraged!

Remember when everyone slammed Bush for only providing $175 BILLION?? --
and now that there's O-B-1 leading the charge in the finest position in the
land-- there is:

ZILDA..NADA.. in the funds for Katrina victim recovery and LOTS of 0-B-1
garbage piled into the Spend-U-Lous package for Testing Field Mice, Aids,
people who don't need it as priority status and lots of good old fashioned
PORK BARREL packed with trash for HIS junk added-in. Where's the Stimulus
effect to those choices.

Talk about get people's goats?? (oh, btw, isn't there any SPEND-U-LOUS for
goat study? ;^)

You gotta take this dude literally to help the K-Victims. Because there's
really nothing serious about his attempt to help the South get to any sense
of finality. This dude is from Hawaii and scandalous Chicago and who loves
the heat but not the South. Similarly, like Sherman and his
Atlanta-desecration army, this nut-job would love to punish we southerners
for placing our voting bets on da other guy at election time.

Now that he's the prez, he can now do what he wishes, when he wants - until
we pressure his A$$ and then he won't submit to any sense of urgency for us.
There are rare times that we need intervention from government and this,
surely, is one.

I was repeatedly asked: "Why do you look at things as half-empty?" Who
knows? Maybe it's the half-A$$ed people we gotta depend upon that paints
more negative swipes than positive strokes?

I say why did the government leave the K-Victims:

===H-A-L-F R-E-C-O-V-E-R-E-D ?? ===

Now, the rest of the story:

VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV

WASHINGTON - The economic stimulus signed by President Barack Obama will
spread billions of dollars across the country to spruce up aging roads and
bridges. But there's not a dime specifically dedicated to fixing leftover
damage from Hurricane Katrina.

And there's no outrage about it.

Democrats who routinely criticized President George W. Bush for not sending
more money to the Gulf Coast appear to be giving Obama the benefit of the
doubt in his first major spending initiative. Even the Gulf's fiercest
advocates say they're happy with the stimulus package, and their states have
enough money for now to address their needs.

Mo' stuff:
