RDC's General Meeting Thursday March 12th 7pm Chalmette High School 

Tree Plantings Saturday March 14th 8am 




	Residents and neighbors of St. Bernard Council District C are
invited to 
	attend the general meeting of Rediscover District C on Thursday,
March 12 at 7 
	pm in Chalmette High School, Home Economics room #100.  Please come
out to hear 
	about our community enhancement projects and give us your
suggestions.  For more

Rediscover District C committee is calling on all civic minded individuals 
to volunteer on Saturday, March 14 to help plant live oak trees along Judge 
Perez Drive.  This is the first planting of trees from the Adopt A Tree
Program.  
Volunteers should meet in the parking lot of Chalmette High School at 8 AM
and 
bring basic planting tools.  It is recommended you do not bring small
children 
due to safety concerns working in a high traffic area.
    RDC is still looking for businesses or individuals to adopt trees for 
$150.00 each.  Any donation is appreciated and can be made at Gulf Coast
Banks.  
Rediscover District C is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization and donations
are 
tax deductible.
