[StBernard] SDT says waste truck stolen, pictures seem to show hose pipe into Ninth Ward drain

Someone took my truck, yeah that's right.  And they they just happened to
know how to drive such a large, commerical vehicle...yeah, now we're
talkin'!  And they also knew how to operate the pump to dump everything down
a city drain...yeah, that's the ticket.  And we got 'em on video tape and we
identified the driver as, ahhh, Morgan Fairchild.
