Wait a minute...I thought the "Lot Next Door" program was only for the
LRA-bought homes that the house was demoed.  Those properties were supposed
to be turned over to the Parish, from LRA.

If you are buying a lot from "the neighbor" that can't be under Lot Next
Door.
