[StBernard] St. Bernard Parish Council standoff continues over hospital board appointments

Man oh man...to use some vernacular of the street:

Landry and Cavignac sure wants them some hospital appointments.  I wonder
what their special attributes are that they think they are the best fit for
the hospital board?  What type of hospital building background do they have?
They are fighting **so** hard for this it's becoming embarrassing and almost
transparent that something is up on their parts.
