I agree with John S., Council members serving on the hospital board could
have a conflict of interest.
 
By the way, wonder if our council members and also any appointed directors
are required to sign a "Conflict of Interest" statement annually and if so
does this statement   require them to disclose any personal business or
entities they are involved in at this time including that they must disclose
any that they would be involved in during the couse of their elected or
appointed position.
