[StBernard] Emergency Response Drill - road closure

Murphy Oil USA, Meraux Refinery will be testing and exercising their
emergency response capabilities on July 1, 2009.  This exercise will include
deployment of emergency response equipment and personnel.  Primary
objectives will be to flow adequate water rates and establish their Incident
Command System.  This will be a Unified Command exercise working with the
St. Bernard Parish Fire Department and St. Bernard sheriff's office. 

St. Bernard Highway will be closed to local traffic during the hours of
10:30 a.m. until approximately 12:30 p.m.  Traffic will be re-routed by the
St. Bernard Sheriff's Department.  Thanking all neighbors in advance while
