Homebuying Opportunities


Visit our Buy a House section for information on available homebuyer
training programs, loan and grant programs, and blighted property purchase
programs. New and updated information in this section includes updated
income limits for the Finance Authority's Soft Second Mortgage Program
(which offers 25% loan forgiveness after 5 years of demonstrated
owner-occupancy and 100% forgiveness after 10 years of owner-occupancy), and
a NORA request for proposals for redevelopment of Mid City properties
(proposals due July 10).
