For anyone who would bother to look at the citation, there is no such
reference to assisted suicide counseling. This section refers to planning
for nursing home care, hospice care, living wills and appointing someone to
make health care decisions in the event that you are unable to do so.

I was reading Free Republic and saw an article regarding Obama care and
Mandatory Counseling on Assisted Suicide.  I clicked on the source, it's the
Fred Thompson Show and the interview was with Betsy McCaughy (spelling?) who
was the former Lt. Gov. I believe of New York.  She spoke about page 425 of
the health care plan that makes it mandatory that every five years those on
SS and Medicare will be forced to undergo assisted suicide counseling; and
if you are diagnosed with cancer in the five years of your counseling, you
will be forced to go back for another counseling session again.  I don't
know how to copy the audio file, but I know you can.  If you would be so
kind as to check this out and get the word out to your subscribers it would
be great.  By the way, she also gives out other horrible but informative
info on this so-called health care plan and those who are helping write it.
