[StBernard] Split the mailing list?

Richard,

For the longest time I did a lot of copy/pastes to send in to the list, but
then a lot of real life issues came into play.

This isn't Westley's full time job so maybe if you see some articles or have
some info you could send some along.

	Is there any possibility of creating a separate list carrying only
news of
	the goings-on in St. Bernard? That's what I signed up to the list
for, but
	lately those types of posts are few and far between.
