	I'm confused Jill.  Are you saying Provident built some apts on the
	northshore?  Do you have a link to the article?

	JY - Oh yes is was Provident.  the article was from The Times
Picayune Sunday Aug. 2 paper.
	 
	Here's one excerpt
	"A prolific Dallas development firm is responsible for building the
apartments, ...... there are four complexes in all, and each contains
housing that will be subsidized by the government". 
	 
	 
	The title was "North shore gets new rental options"
	 
	And yes all 4 will be section 8 and what's so lovely is that one of
these buildings is near all the beautiful homes in Lakeshore Estates.
