[StBernard] New St. Bernard school replaces storm-damaged one

It is impressive looking.

That being said I still think it's stupid to put the **public** library
there.  Will people wanting to use the library during the day have to go
through the school to get to the public library or will it be in a separate
area or what?  

I still think it would have been better to have the public's library in a
separate area/location.
