That in and of itself is a crock of shit and outright lie.

The author cited the figures that showed SBP has had a population that
included blacks.

What **no one** wants is anything remotely resembling the projects of New
Orleans.  And sadly, that tends to happen when you have a large cluster of
lower-income folks living in a confined area.  Add in the fact that in
almost all circumstances these residents have no regard for themselves or
others or the property and you have a slum ready to be born.
