It's the standards that we keep, the insensitivity that we acquire and the
devaluation of the times in which we now live.

Each generation loses steam on its way to heaven. My father less than my
grandfather, me less than my father and my children less than myself.
That's why I believe heaven is still there for all of us, but the
realization as it's observed means each generation must pray that much
harder to attain the merits given by God and His laws.

I suppose I can say (if the world stays around 1 or 2 more generations) that
I'm glad to have known it when the word "holy" had a strict constructionist
meaning to it. I suppose one can say I'm old fashion, but truly--I want to
be in that number when the time approaches my doom.

As you say, JY.. to each his own. We're all accountable for our own actions.
Certainly, we cannot save the world.
