Mr York, there are a tremendous amount of and enough smut listservs and
websites available on the Internet today for such activity, wouldn't you
agree? I am sure many of the readers in this listserv can attest to that.
Why become one of them? Why contribute to indecency to get attention for
being a loser when one can become a winner and be a part of God's graces?
Yes, humor plays a big part in stress-reduction today. 

I've Noticed that many people not only degrade themselves, they actually
work hard at being stupid to impress others? Why? 

Case in point. People like Richard Prior, Chris Rock, and tons of others who
normally couldn't get a laugh unless they cursed, degraded others (men or
women), took their pants down before audiences, vomited on stage to get a
laugh (or worse), and the beat goes on. Have joke tellers lost the art of
laughter and jest without submitting it or subjecting it to vulgar/offensive
exercises? Personally, I care and try to be conscientious about what comes
out of my mouth or what I write about. Indeed at one point in my life, I was
exactly like you and others. I asked my Lord for help in curving such foul
diatribe as such.

Are we in the same league as those "comedians" who are hell-bent on getting
a chuckle by spurting 4-letter words or using God as a target in distasteful
monologues? Indeed, why do we wish to laugh at such degradation when we can
be pleased with far greater enjoyment and happiness at the Lord's expense?
Do you find it "funny or adultlike" as well?

If I am incorrect in the sight of God, then I'll accept my punishment like I
should. But if I'm right, then I'll expect others to side with me in favor
of the Lord instead of their best to blaspheme and berate God in the
audience of humankind. 

Adult funnies, you say? I cannot be the only person who accepts God over
evil in this world today. Why would I purposely want to "curse at God" by
laughing at what he's commanded us to resist and fight against? Either one
is with Him, OR against Him. There can be no in-between or fence balancing
here. 

Which side to you care to curse, JY? God or Satan?

Therefore, I choose cleanliness or filth and disgust. That's my point and my
decision and I find it healthy, wealthy and wise to accept God over evil in
any form, even "adult funnies". I certainly wouldn't want to share here the
trash because I wouldn't want to "enjoy" laughing with others what God tells
me is contradictatory to his commandments. Thus, JY, I wouldn't brag on
enjoying adult humor, as I am an adult as well, many years before previously
reached adulthood before you and perhaps Moses himself. <smile>. Oh, it's
not blasphemy, and I'm sure Moses forgives me for this "light adult humor"
I've just spurted.

I pray that the Lord makes swift and justifiable changes in people that
adhere to the indecency of this activity. Let Him BE THE JUDGE as to whether
it is irreverent to Him or not. Just don't take my word. Take His.
