[StBernard] Morning Bell: Obamacare is Seriously Unconstitutional

I have been saying for months there is a team of lawyers standing next to
the "legal" starting gate just waiting for this nightmare to become law so
they can file a motion.  In fact, you'll be able to use a stop watch to time
how long the clerk's filing takes place after Obama strokes his pen across
the paper.  And, I'll even tell you which federal courthouse the legal
challenge will be filed - Oklahoma City...where it is believed every federal
judge in that particular courthouse is a strong conservative.  Furthermore,
the circuit where Oklahoma City falls is estimated to have over 80%
conservative appellate judges.  The GOP knows this, especially since Bush
started stacking the deck with conservative judges in this circuit during
his administration, just in case something like this ever happened.  This
will guarentee a favorable decision all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court,
where thankfully conservatives still hold a 5-4 majority.

Furthermore, this Democratic "Obamacare" bill is unconstitutional under the
13th Amendment "Equal Protection Clause."  The current bill allows Obama's
buddies in the unions to be exempt from the law - not!  Under the 13th
Amendment you can't give one citizen or group special rights or exemption
over others.  That alone will get Obamacare struck down.
