[StBernard] St. Bernard Courthouse is infested with mold

Just wondering what was done after Katrina, if they didn't remove mold, funk
and puke that we all had to remove? They're going after it a second time?
Shouldn't it have been done correctly the first time?

If a team of experts can come in after Katrina to evaluate and inspect
correctly, they've dropped the ball. Everyone else didn't have the
resources, financially and with manpower as myself and tens of thousands.
Many of us had just husband and wife/family only.
