Until midnight tonight, you can download a free copy of Glary Utilities Pro.
This is one of the programs that I use to keep machines clean of gunk.

When you upzip the file, there is a Setup program and an Activate program.

Run the setup program first.

The Activate program will ask if you want to install their Software
Informer, you can tell it no. After successful installation, it will ask if
you want to add the website to your Internet Explorer or Firefox favorites.
You can uncheck the boxes if you want. Then click Close, or if you want to
install the Software Informer, click the button to do so.

You only have till midnight to activate the software, so do so on all your
computers by then.
