[StBernard] Bridge traffic for elections on Saturday

USCG has approved the closing of the St. Claude and Claiborne Avenue (Judge
Seeber) Bridges to marine traffic so that the bridges will remain down
between 7pm and 8pm on Sat. Feb. 6th in order to facilitate anticipated
heavy vehicular traffic during the last hour of voting.  Florida Avenue
Bridge may be raised if a vessel requests passage.
