I can't say since I wasn't there, but I read on nola.com that the parade was
pretty awful, with a bunch of drunk riders who were falling all about on the
floats and that some were out of throws very early in the parade.  They also
mentioned large gaps in the parade.  Was anyone there that can give an
opinion?
