[StBernard] Obamacare can be stopped in the future

An excellent question was asked of me by a friend. He wondered, even if the
Democrats pass this mess, does that mean it is automatically funded? The
answer is "NO." The funding for the Obamacare reform goes into the federal
budget. Come this Fall and the next when it comes time for Congress to vote
on the annual federal budget, all Republicans have to do is stand firm and
vote against ANY proposed budget that includes any funding for Obamacare.
With 41 votes in the Senate that would be sufficient to prevent an override
vote of their filabustering.

Of course, they would be allowed to approve "sections or parts" of the
budget for federal and military personnel salaries and essential/emergeny
funding, but healthcare funding does not fall under that heading.

So YES, the GOP members of the Senate can stop its funding. Hopefully, this
will enable the GOP to take back a majority in the House come November. If
their "holding out" on the budge can last till the first week of January
when a GOP majority takes over, then they can rewrite the entire bill.

Plus, there will be immediate Supreme Court challenges to the bill since
this bill for the first time in U.S. history will require some sort of
mandatory tax/fee to be a citizen of this country, which is clearly
unconstitutional. Chief Justice John Roberts recently made a comment that
he is "anticipating" its challenge.
