"...Meanwhile, we fundamentally have to change America back to its U.S.
Constitutional's framers and leader's dreams of a democracy."

Jer, you hit the nail perfectly on its head. We are no longer "heading"
into socialism/communism - IT'S HERE! And as you put it, WE THE PEOPLE have
to work at putting things back into their proper constitutional place.

Jer Responds:

Thanks for support of what may seem drab, unimportant to St. Bernard and
America to many who feel that this new direction is not an issue for
"constitutional Americans"--those who have taking our livestyle under
constitutional freedoms since its inception of nearly 300 years hence.

Socialism and communism is not a new concept. It too has been around for a
few centuries, but most actively since the "revolutionary" stages of Europe,
Russia, China and Cuba along with satellite floundering countries that
overtook Royalty, democracy failures which weakened and unstable
governments.

America is NOW an unstable country if we look at the "civil unrest" (if we
may call it) between the government's role to become bigger government, (Big
Brother, by all means). This 300 million plus grasp of octopus has its grasp
in all segments of society from the National government to stamping on
"states rights" (as Louisiana) to our local governments like st. Bernard and
other communities.

With that said, if we say, "Communism", this true form can't be taken a
coined-true-to-life entity until that portion exists among all where Utopia
and bliss (a sort of heaven on earth) where all live in communal splendor
and harmony.

It won't happen as humankind won't allow it.

Because prior to it becoming such, there is an important factor which must
precede utopia: The "state" or social agreement of the masses with the state
must resort or convert to a "withering away of the state" where there are no
leaders, no government per se (except for guidance purposes of adhesion), no
bosses. (Why even in Heaven there IS a boss - God!).

Staying clear of the communistic model, one can assume the only state of
chaos to the order of a democracy would be the maximum state of SOCIALISM.

Yes, it is here, and we can see the winds of it, the aroma of pungent
disorder it produces, the sweeping changes which causes havoc on
constitutional bearings our nation began its trek long ago.

Signs? Government takeovers, socialized medicine, a welfare state
nationally, statewide, and locally. Buying up private enterprises. Yes,
virtually taking away the most basic of freedoms and giving us "rights' that
only God can produce and man artificially.

Sit back and enjoy the socialistic show because as we allow it, its huge
hands will overtake the throat of choke it into submission. The new slavery.
