What is this??? No field sobriety test and no blood test? The trooper
doesn't know what hospital he was taken to?  He was the cause of an
accident, smelled of alcohol, couldn't/wouldn't submit to field test, and
was released with a DUI citation? Who is responsible for training the
troopers these days? Lynn Oaks Academy? This is gross negligence in the
worst that I have ever seen. Oh well, maybe he'll apologize to the victims
and it will all be ok. Your honor?
