there were some other issues that led him to say it wasn't worth it-it would
cost too much for the individuals.

	After an initial hotline was swamped by callers, BP has set up a new
system
	for handling applicants for its "Vessel of Opportunity" program.
	
	Those interested should call a new number: 281-366-5511
	
	A new email address was also established to handle inquiries. That
address
	is HorizonSupport at OEGLLC.com.
	
	The program is designed to incorporate fishermen and boaters into
the
	escalating clean-up effort in the Gulf of Mexico and along the
shoreline.
	Calls have come in from across the region, and even from outside the
	country.
