they are suppose to do what you said-we noticed they only had a couple 
of dump trucks come to the site,my neighbor(ray)took out his camera's 
then started to take video's,also pictures-we are outside all day 
because our parish doesn't mind these trucks shaking our homes-i have a 
brick wall 34' inside & outside on the benjamin st. side-mortar falls 
out everytime these jokers try to hurry out of this area-so we have to 
park our cars on both sides of the street to slow them down-isn't it 
great-you can tell we don't have any good old boys living back here.
