[StBernard] St. Bernard Parish drinking water is safe

St. Bernard's water intake for the parish is located just above the
Chalmette ferry on the east bank right at the same location as Mobil's
refinery and their non-toxic? waste disposal valve that empties into the
river. Unless they have moved it. I recall in the mid 80's when then Texaco
was fined for dumping toxic waste at this location. And, after finding this
problem, they were fined a whole $10,000 and forced to stop the dumping.
