[StBernard] Council EFC Meeting - Arabi Park Subdivision

This zoning change on Esteban and Aycock, in the 1600 blocks, was submitted
by the Planning Commission.  It contains one property which was recently
denied this same zoning change by the Council.  Last Planning Commission
meeting included discussion of re-zoning all of Judge Perez and St Bernard
Hwy properties 250 feet back.  The commission discussed doing this re-zoning
in fragments or piecemeal, beginning in Arabi from the Barracks to the Rail
Road Tracks and then re-zoning St Bernard Hwy from the Barracks to the Rail
Road tracks and then doing another strip or piece of this master land use
plan change.
