Richard, I agree about politicians. Many who make a career out of lawmaking
in America usually enlarge their craniums with power. And that is evident of
what we see in the power struggles, the infidelity of a powerful man of
wealth and "prestige", etc.

The issue then, is WHAT is the lesser of evils to society: Staying
capitalistic in a democracy or become socialists to the tune of
government-run, BIG government to augment and power our lives like Entergy
does cities?

It's not only a matter of semantics, but ideology here which we've seen
America slowly go downhill for over a century until it's worsened this past
50 years to unbearable. Now that OB1 has the reigns, it's at its peak and if
Americans do no protect their constitution, 

..then the worse of the worse, OB1-Pelosi, Reid, and other socialists will
make American's minds up for them and alas, become slaves to a government
which will topple like the rest of the world once again as Europe did 70
years before - becoming Communist, then Socialists as dominoes fall in the
world. But this time, as the U.S. allies itself to global government in line
with Europe and other parts of the world, it TOO will become financially
ruined and as the Europeans in a global catastrophe--bankrupt and in a
global depression.

The signs of the times are neigh. Follow the wind and rain to know a perfect
storm of destruction is on its way - soon.

My opinion of Obama, Pelosi and Reid is identical to my opinion of Vitter,
Jindal and Mitch McConnell. They are career politicians whose main concern
is the preservation of their own power. The only difference is the masters
they serve.
 
I don't, though, ascribe any sort of sinister intent to any of them. I think
they all got into politics because they thought they could do some good.
They just got corrupted by power.
