	Richard, for me personally, I'm just having fun with this because I
know
	what little credibility Dodd and most of these leftist organziations
have.
	I'll accept he didn't say it, but it matters little because of all
the other
	absurd things he's said over the past few years.  In other words my
opinion
	of him doesn't change.  But we're always seeing video clips of some
of the
	most outrageous comments made by members of Congress - and I'm
sorry, but I
	have to say they're all made by Democrats.  Like the Congressman
from
	Georgia who recently told the admiral of the Navy his concerns about
putting
	too many buildings/personnel on the island of Guam because it could
cause it
	to tip over into the ocean.  How that admiral kept a straight face
I'll
	never know.
