[StBernard] MRGO class action lawsuit

Westley,
Please let me know if you can find any information of the status of the
Class Action Suit against MRGO.  I cannot find a thing on the internet and I
was wondering if you had better luck.  This class action should be settled
or near settling by now it's almost been 5 years. Please let me know
whatever you find out. I would really appreciate it.
