	Have you been wondering how this "Relief Well" thing is going to
work?  Well I had.  This animation takes all the "hocus pocus" out of it for
me and I'm much more confident it will work.  As it turns out, it is a
friend of a friend (old classmate) of mine who is in charge of relief well
