Grass - Syl, not only were they paying for someone to cut it, they were also
paying for commercial spraying of weed killer and as of March there was no
grass to cut. This family has maintained this property, including arranging
for the demolition themselves because the parish was so behind on getting it
done causing liability insurance issue. 
 
People that live away from the parish don't have the flexibility of passing
their vacant lots. 
 
The point is that the  "Grass Violations" website is not being maintained,
not that the grass needed to be cut.
