Two natural laws seem to be in place here:

1. The law of diminishing returns. At some point, the "call of racism for
every known incident known to humankind is diminished to nothing" - no
intrinsic net worth.

2. The second is the "law of full-circle". It states, "Overuse of the term,
racism, actually propagates or fosters itself". That is, calling someone
racist always, will always receive the same treatment of calling back
someone a racist. Given this, any impact of real racism, whether real or an
excuse, whether true or contrived, --for whatever purpose or agenda...

..nullifies itself in the scheme of truth in itself --Jer, 2010. 

Finally, where racism USED to be one sided (or believed to be) toward
whites, has now backfired in itself toward non-whites which is or can be
ammunition used to counter attack as in a political or war tactic.

Racism is no longer a white-on-black situation, it seems (as millions would
agree). It is now used by every culture and nationality known to man.
Whether it is called bigotry or race hate, racial preferences or selected
race quotas, it will never go away--never. Humans will not allow it.

Therefore, any application of the word aimed only at whites with a lame
excuse that whites use it with a definition of "power" or economic advantage
toward the masses who do not have privilege is simply not true. At this
point, it becomes a socialist's aim to use "capitalism" as the source of the
excuse to distribute the wealth, therefore eliminating the economic
advantage, where everyone has the same wealth/fortunes, and everyone can
gleefully, parade through the fields, flowers in hair and hand in joyful
bliss humming chants and arias.

Sorry, racism is not owned by only one culture. It belongs to us all and any
attempt to eliminate it by force, will only exacerbate any sense that
healing will take place. The same happens when cultures eliminate everyone
to blame for racism. It's been tried many times with chilling results
(Hitler's Third Reich, Stalling of Russia, Iran, Iraq and many others).

Getting along won't work either because that's been tried for 6000 years and
always ends up with the same results, "Law of FULL-CIRCLE" and always--back
to square one (which we are in at this place and time.

So, it's live and let learn.
