It should also be mentioned that a business was being operated out of the
two trailers, and the homeowner had or has some sort of an agreement with
Murphy Oil to use the adjacent Murphy-owned residential lot for a
construction business including a commercial dumpster, construction work
trailer, and where it seemed at times, commercial usage of the residential
lot to work on construction material.
 
Dont know if Murphy owns the Judge Perez lot, where the dumpster sits in
violation of code, but special privileges have been given to rezone the
nearby Murphy-owned lots for commercial redevelopment.  Above the law?  its
more like Murphy's Law, which local and state government has gone along with
long before BP.
