[StBernard] LDEQ Public Hearing Thursday September 23, 2010 6pm

The St Bernard Parish Council requested a DEQ Public Hearing on Murphy Oil's
Land Treatment Unit Post Closure Plan. 
 
The LDEQ Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, 9/23/2010 at 6pm in the
Council Chambers.  This is not a Question and Answer format meeting.  It is
a formal meeting to receive comments and questions, which may be addressed
in writing by the DEQ after the issuance of the Post Closure Plan
certification. Written comments may also be submitted by 9/27/2010 according
to the public notice in the link below.
