Paws in the Park on Oct. 16 to benefit the St. Bernard Animal Shelter

Day of fun at Torres Park for families and furry friends

 

Paws in the Park will be held Saturday, Oct. 16 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in
Torres Park behind the St. Bernard Parish Government Complex at 8201 W.
Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette. The event will be a day of games for the
kids and fun for the family. It is meant to benefit the St. Bernard Animal
Shelter and the Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Bernard. The event is
for the entire family, including furry friends, who must be on leashes. The
day will include adoptions as well as other activities, and those who attend
will have a chance to win Saints merchandise.
