Yep, nothing on the website, but they did have this:

4 Long Term Care (beds)

An acute care hospital does not handle long term care needs. That's why
when a patients transitions from less acute care need
to something else, they are usually discharged from the acute care hospital
to a skilled nursing facility (snf) or nursing home.

That's why when the old CMC was there, after a certain point before being
ready to go home, patients would go to
that Virtue St. facility. (happened to both my mom and dad) When patients
improve to a certain point Medicare (for the
over 65 group) will not pay for that acute care bed.

Hmm...maybe Wayne's got the idea to privately contract that out
to...Himself!
That really is a big no-no as far as acute care hospitals are concerned.
That needs to
be brought to the attention of someone other than Mutt and Jeff
(Landry/Cavignac)

Can anyone provide information towards previous offers from LSU
Health and
from Oschner or other Corporations, which included both ER room and
hospital.

What about the information towards funding sources?
How much CDBG, New Market Tax Credit, Capital Outlay?
How much cash flow shortfall is projected? For how many years?
How much would the 8 mill property tax generate?
etc.

There is nothing on the hospital website.
