Yeah, I agree, Anon.

Cleanliness IS next to Godliness and it's almost heaven to witness a
political government that hasn't been touched, approached or cave into some
form of entity that temps as much as Satan tempted Jesus atop the temple:
"Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest
point of the temple." --Matthew 4:1-11.

In this day and age, politicians from local to national are falling like
dominoes, as everyone will agree. Few have gotten to "higher places" without
the temptation and succumbing to it. Anyone who declares perfection in
government are outright liars. And, any backroom deal is as good as selling
one's soul to achieve any goal (whether one thinks it is for the common good
or to achieve an personal situation). Truthfully.

Don't assume outward appearances show inside souls' reflections --jer, 2010.

I am sorry, but the very same ones that were pulling the strings back in the
70's, 80's, 90's, 00's, well they are still there pulling the strings as we
speak. It just seems to me that eventually the citizens would get tired of
being dictated to by the corrupted powers that be and want to move on to
bigger and better and cleaner individuals and straight-up forms of
politicos. I know that corruption will always be involved in the wheel as
long as they keep getting greased. But wouldn't it be nice to for just once
have a clean government running the shows? WE CAN DREAM!!!
