State law and parish ordinance both prohibit a member of the St. Bernard
Parish
Planning and Zoning Commission from at the same time holding another public
office;
thus, a current member of the parish planning and zoning commission may not
at the
same time hold public office as a member of the St. Bernard Parish Board of
Election
