Chalmette Refining & ExxonMobil Pipeline Company Help Sponsor Christmas
Parade

Saturday, December 4, 2010 * Parade Rolls at 3:00 P.M.

Parade Route: From Chalmette High School to Torres Park along Judge Perez
Drive

Chalmette Refining and ExxonMobil Pipeline Company (EMPCo) are helping to
underwrite the Celebrate St. Bernard & Tourist Commission annual Christmas
Parade. Recently, EMPCo presented a check to the Parade Committee for
$1,000 to pay for decorations and defray any additional costs. Chalmette
Refining is sponsoring the Santa & Mrs. Claus float.

"ExxonMobil Pipeline Company is excited to be a part of the 2010 St. Bernard
Parish Christmas Parade," says Patricia Errico, Public & Government Affairs
Manager for EMPCo. "As part of our Good Neighbor Grant Program, we seek
opportunities to partner with organizations that continue to enhance this
community. This event is an excellent example of a community coming
together to celebrate the holidays."

The 2010 Christmas parade will roll on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 3:00
P.M. from Chalmette High School to Torres Park along Judge Perez Drive.
Local high school & middle school bands will join the Fire Department,
Sheriff's Department, OEP, festival queens, storybook characters, elves &
business sponsored floats to lead Santa & Mrs. Claus through the streets of
St. Bernard Parish. The parade ends with a Christmas Party at the Community
Playground in Torres Park with FREE hot chocolate, cookies, crafts &
caroling.

"Chalmette Refining is proud to sponsor the Santa & Mrs. Claus float for the
second year in a row," says Elizabeth Ellison-Frost, Chalmette Refining
Public & Government Affairs. "Our volunteers have assisted in the planning
of the parade and will be flying Santa & Mrs. Claus in from the North Pole
especially for this event."

Children may hand deliver their "Letter to Santa" as his elves walk along
the parade route. Families are invited to the after-parade party where
Santa will greet children in his sleigh. Parents are encouraged to bring
cameras.
