The world is in disorder.

We need the death penalty for trying to sell drugs, life without parole for
using them. Zero tolerance.

Any other violent crime, (murder, treason, rape, kid molestation, etc.) gets
the death penalty.

Robbery, theft, embezzlement gets life imprisonment.

Crime would be cut by 99% with only the stupid of 1% getting the "ax".

When they commit the crimes, God has already punished them to hell. It is
beyond our control. If God can condemn those who commit the crime KNOWING
the crime is against his/her fellow man, we can do no less. It is God's wish
to free one from punishment He will do so as is allowed by Him. His
Decision.

Since we all are taught God's laws (or have knowledge and choose to ignore
His warning to stop sin or face damnation), we cannot act against Him. No
punishment (and especially those of repeat performances) is a mockery of
God's commandments. There are about 7 other commandments which are allowed
forgiveness (and one's supplication of God's mercy). That is between God and
his creation. All the others should be considered capital punishment, be
given 1 yr to complete appeals and finality to permit justice rendered for
the lack of penance which is required for committing very horrendous crimes
previously mentioned.

Three people have been booked in one of the biggest heroin seizures ever in
St. Bernard Parish, authorities said.

Three ounces of heroin, which the Sheriff's Office said is worth as much as
$50,000 on the street, was seized, authorities said.

Kendell Collins, 30, 321 E. Magnolia St., Chalmette, Courtney Barton, 26,
who lived with him, and Kendell Collins' brother, Brent Collins, 21, of New
Orleans, were each booked with possession of heroin with intent to
distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Brent
Collins was also booked with possession of marijuana.

The Sheriff's Office said Brent Collins and Barton were arrested Nov. 14
when deputies searched the house on Magnolia Street. Kendell Collins was
arrested in Chalmette on Tuesday.

The Sheriff's Office said an investigation concluded that Kendell Collins
had been dealing drugs in other parishes. The heroin, three grams of cocaine
and a small amount of marijuana were found at the Magnolia Street home,
authorities said.

Bond for Kendell Collins was set Wednesday at $150,000. He remained in St.
Bernard Parish Prison.

Barton has been released on $60,000 bond; Brent Collins has been released on
$75,000 bond, authorities said.
