everywhere I have been and went through these chicken processing plants the
first language is spanish, the labor force is completely hispanic, other
than the "superiors" which didn't amount to a handful. The average wage is
around 8 bucks an hour and it is backbreaking work and it stinks to high
heaven. So, good luck on watching your town or community thrive with these
people coming in and supporting your economic system because the wages
aren't enough to keep a town going. Been there done that wrote the book and
bought the t-shirt. Ben
