KO, what area of the parish is this?  it seems some areas have come back

We had initially filled out the paperwork to purchase the lot next door to
us.  However, with the increase in crime around us as well as the lack of
respect of people's property (trash littering our lawns after nights of
partying in the streets), as well as street lights that remain broken...we
have decided not to purchase this land.  Instead, we are now looking to buy
outside of the parish.  It's not the same and only getting worse.
