Faded & Inked in Chalmette holds grand opening: Family and friends gathered
to celebrate the event including several officials who came to congratulate
the owner Omar Ortiz. St. Bernard Parish President Craig P. Taffaro, Jr.
presented Ortiz with a proclamation. The barber shop and tattoo parlor is
located 9128 W. Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette. It is open Tuesdays through
