"I've said it before, St. Bernard parish is going to get a darker complexion
soon. --Syl"

Jer responds:

I agree and it's been happening more since there is a vacuum created by
Katrina for the criminal element to take a firm foundation - even before
many people who decided to return had the opportunity to move back.

And if the majority of those minorities were devout conservatives, there
would, (absolutely sincere), be NO reason to be concerned for the security
and well-being for da parish.

Unfortunately, almost 99% of those who are so will NOT be conservatives or
independents, politically, but socialists, anarchists, many with a criminal
record or questionable background, no matter if some are hard-working to
earn a living or survive economically.

For those who are not, the criminal element, you can expect more drugs, more
crime, more welfare, more disrespect for the law, an orderly system, and
for the majority rule. Some who don't have will try to break the circle of
poverty by making wrong choices (again and again: and if one has a criminal
record, will lodge with someone whom may not), which include law-breaking at
any level.

It's nothing to do with race. It does however have everything to do with the
choice for easy money than for a job which fits the level of their
education. With education, everyone has an opportunity these days. With
that said, it leaves it to choice: "Do I get it the easy way or have to work
hard and up the economic latter of success?"

Many of us are not ignorant and know most of the outcome. It's not an "if"
question, but "when and how quickly it will occur?"

So sorrowful.

And you're right. To some a police report is "written and instantaneous
recognition" of a deed which empowers someone with degrees of macho,
weld-toughness and respect to their peers.

If groups are within the apartment-dwellers coming into the parish, you can
expect more gang-like or accomplish activities. And that type of virus will
spread throughout the parish, and include many "homies" to be involved
throughout the N'awlins and Jefferson community to weigh in, concerning
crimes.

We've seen Village Square fall after the 80's to present.

Creating another spot for the activity is as easy and moving it 6 blocks
closer to New Orleans and then around the parish, mandated by the government
whom protects the worse in society at the expense of the better-living,
God-Fearing citizens.

Hold your hats, folks. You're in for a bumpy, very rough ride.
