Wouldn't it be great if some government entity's annual report started off
with...."Well, things really sucked last year."  Even if it were true,
serious doubts to ever hearing the top elected official admitting
that....although for some strange reason I can imagine Chris Christie saying
that - that's the kind of guy he is - very straight forth.  Very refreshing.
