Since these degenerates will never be "rehabilitated" any time soon,  it
would be an appropriate action (IMHO) to use the substance they abuse, sell
or steal to execute them, and would be an appropriate sentence. 

In this case, shoot them up with the controlled substance in "mass
quantities" and watch them try to "wiggle their way out of it!" <G>  

One can lay odds; they won't do it again, anytime soon either. 

(and some people wonder (or should we say: "have the gall" as to why we give
them deserving names to identify their actions!)..

To be politically incorrect: Give them the death penalty (and yes, dey  can
opt out and select the choice of execution if dey so bitc& enough about it,
as well! (Me thinks)           8-( : -| )
